Wow, I can't believe how long it has been taking me to post new cards this last year. I am going to try really hard to make more time for blogging, since I actually love it, and I follow many bloggers. This little card was made using the Happy Hauntings Cricut Cartridge for the image, the sentiment was made from Close To My Heart's Wicked stamp set, and the paper is from DCWV's Spookytime stack. I have another one coming too, so stay tuned!Kasie Gibsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09519128052673721325noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2442342054174194941.post-39604034687867706992013-07-01T13:40:00.003-07:002013-09-21T08:37:18.657-07:00I am finally back and have a lot to shareWell, it certainly has been a while since I have maintained my blog!!! I am finally back and ready to run with it full force. My husband is in the Air Force and this past year has been a whirlwind. We moved from Alaska to Idaho, bought our first house, I got a new full time job right away, and we both finished our Master's degrees in business. Whew!!!! You can certainly see why there was no time for blogging, ha ha. However, things have settled down a bit, (well, not really) and I am finally at a point where I have made blogging and my etsy shop a priority again. I won't be moving again for a really long time and am able to dedicate time to the things I love doing so much, which is crafting and sharing those crafts with you. I am currently still a Close To My Heart consultant, I have my Etsy shop, Bee-Happy Cards and I have just started a new business selling vintage and homemade items with my sister, called The County's Bounty!!! Our new shop will appear online soon, so look for updates on that. I am very excited about it, as we hope to make it our full time careers in the future. In the meantime, thank you so so much for visiting my blog. I look forward to posting a LOT of projects starting today and many times a week!!! I also look forward to getting to know more crafters out there, so please leave your blog link every chance you get and I be certain to visit you too!!!!!<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here are two cards I made this morning before work! I fit crafting time in wherever and whenever I can and that usually means early in the morning before work! The Yee-Haw card I made using DCWV yellow cardstock, Bazzill beige cardstock, and patterned paper with a wood grain from I got years ago from Hobby Lobby. The Yee-Haw sentiment is from Cardz Tv with Mary and the boots are from the County Fair Cartridge. The "rope" is braiding cord from Walmart and the wooden button is from Close To My Heart.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The Make a Wish card was made using the same cardstock as the card above. The patterned cardstock is from Stampin' Up! and the hat image I think, is from Doodlecharms cartridge, but I could be wrong. I will have to check on that! hahah Finally, the sentiment is from KAndrew Designs stamps.</div>Kasie Gibsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09519128052673721325noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2442342054174194941.post-16427235121256416102012-04-27T16:22:00.002-07:002012-04-27T16:22:47.401-07:00Boxed Gift Tag Set<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Being a military wife means working somewhere for a few years and then leaving, and that is exactly what we are doing this year. My co-workers are mostly military wives as well and most of them are moving also. Therefore, I decided to make a little present for each of them, since they always tell me how much they enjoy my cards. I wound up making a set of 5 cards for each of them, which means I made 12 sets!! It was a lot of work and took over 2 weeks to complete, but it was also a lot of fun and I know they will appreciate them. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">The clear boxes I put them in are from Clearbags.com</div>Kasie Gibsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09519128052673721325noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2442342054174194941.post-89310047382121499462012-04-22T16:44:00.000-07:002012-04-22T16:44:32.377-07:00"Don't BUG Me" Bulletin board<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZzQL0vNvogo/T5SXFmrEDqI/AAAAAAAAASE/DyBThOnvOE0/s1600/DSC_0047.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="267" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZzQL0vNvogo/T5SXFmrEDqI/AAAAAAAAASE/DyBThOnvOE0/s400/DSC_0047.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I just thought I would share this cute bulletin board I created outside my classroom at the school which I work at.
